About Us
Our People:
Rosecrest Homes was established in October of 2006. The owners of the company have been in the single family construction industry for over for over 30 years. The company is family owned and operated.
The President, Heiko Lotzgeselle is a housing economist by profession and has 28 years experience selling with the Multiple Listing Service. Heiko Has joined the Edmonton Home Builders T.A.C. committee and is becoming active in the Built Green Program and the Solar Society. Heiko has enjoyed building homes since 1976.
The Secretary Treasurer and Service Manager, Carol Lotzgeselle, has a keen eye and practical outlook to make sure that all Rosecrest's homes meet the approval of the customers and not just at the point of sale but more importantly beyond.
The Construction Supervisor, Mark Lotzgeselle, has had 4 years of extensive on the job training in the construction of homes. He has enrolled and successfully completed several courses in construction and is deepening his construction knowledge by daily interaction with all trades.
The Growing Years
Rosecrest Homes has been building homes for the last 5 and 1/2 years. We are keeping the number of homes small so that we can ensure a high quality of home. We intend to build between 6 and 10 homes per year. Some of our homes are very substantial with square footage of over 3800 sq. feet plus a walk out basement. All of our homes are treated the same, whether they are only 2000 sq. ft. or 5000 sq. ft., we keep the quality of the home at a very high standard.
